Construction Laborer
Location: Fairbanks, AK
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
TDL Staffing is seeking a dependable and hardworking Construction Laborer to support residential remodeling and construction projects in Fairbanks. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to build or expand their skills across a variety of trades.
This role offers a wide range of tasks, and the right candidate will have the opportunity to contribute based on their experience and strengths. Work may include everything from general labor to assisting with skilled trades such as carpentry, painting, and basic repairs.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with residential remodeling and construction projects

Perform general labor tasks including site cleanup and material handling

Support work in areas such as painting, drywall, flooring, and carpentry

Assist with basic plumbing and electrical tasks as directed

Load, unload, and move materials and tools as needed

Maintain a clean and safe job site

Adapt to a variety of tasks based on project needs
Minimum Requirements

Ability to perform physical labor and lift materials as needed

Willingness to learn and assist in multiple areas of construction

Reliable and able to follow direction on job sites

Flexibility to take on a variety of duties as projects change
