Warehouse Production Worker
Location: Fairbanks, AK
Pay: Starting at $24.00 per hour, DOE
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Day and night shifts available | Weekend overtime opportunities
TDL Staffing is immediately seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Production Workers to join a busy production and warehouse team in Fairbanks. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in maintaining a safe and organized workspace, and works well both independently and as part of a team.
This position supports daily warehouse and production operations, including packaging products, assisting with chemical blending processes, and preparing materials for shipment. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of performing physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities

Package chemicals into intermediate bulk containers and drums

Assist with charging blend tanks according to batch instructions

Operate forklifts to move containers and materials throughout the facility

Load and unload trailers for warehouse transfers and customer shipments

Build, wrap, and organize pallets for shipping

Package salt bags from incoming barge shipments and prepare them for storage or transport

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Experience operating forklifts, loaders, skid steers, or man-lifts is a strong plus.
Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

At least 2 years of related work experience or training

Ability to continuously lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
