Cleaning & Janitorial Technician
Location: Fort Wainwright (Fairbanks, AK)
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time
TDL Staffing is seeking dependable Cleaning & Janitorial Technicians to help prepare military housing for new residents at Fort Wainwright. In this hands-on position, you'll perform detailed cleaning of vacant homes to ensure each residence is clean, safe, and ready for move-in.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed cleaning of vacant residential homes
- Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, windows, and living areas
- Safely clean high or hard-to-reach areas using ladders
- Complete light outdoor cleaning and basic property upkeep as needed
- Ensure each home meets established move-in readiness standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Minimum Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to gain post access (Real ID required)
- Ability to lift 30 pounds or more
- Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred
- Background screening is a part of the hiring process for this position
- Must support a drug-free work environment
