  • Talent at the Table connects students and emerging workforce talent with Interior Alaska’s business, civic, and community leaders through the Fairbanks Chamber’s weekly luncheons.

Participants attend luncheons that align with their interests or career goals, hear from local speakers, and sit alongside leaders in a professional but approachable setting. This is not a formal interview or job fair. It is an introduction to the conversations, relationships, and opportunities that help shape Interior Alaska’s economy.

Participants are seated throughout the room to meet a variety of businesses and leaders, build confidence, and begin making connections in fields that interest them.
