Our client is seeking an energetic and knowledgeable individual to lead and manage the development of design documents for multi-discipline projects for water and wastewater utilities, bulk fuels facilities, and other industrial facilities throughout Alaska. If you can work independently without supervision, lead and mentor, and accept a high level of accountability, this may be for you.

Would you like to:
- Independently lead concurrent multi-discipline teams.
- Develop standard engineered deliverables including drawings, specifications, calculations, testing requirements, acceptance criteria, etc.
- Coordinate sub-consultants
- Perform submittal reviews and approvals.
- Provide construction support and inspections.
- Develop project construction cost estimates.
- Develop proposals including fee and schedule estimating.
- Professionally interact with clients.
- Lead and mentor team members.
- Assist with marketing and business development of Company services.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Ideally you have:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 6 years of experience with increasing levels of responsibilities.
- Proficiency in standard office software (Word/Excel/Projects, etc.).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Cold region/Arctic engineering design experience.
- Clean driving record and able to pass a drug test.
Bonus points for:
- PMP Certification
- 5 Years Design Experience
- Master of Science degree in Engineering.
- State of Alaska Professional Engineer (PE).
- Business development experience.
