Fire and Water Restoration Technician

Frontier Restoration LLC is a restoration company based in Fairbanks, AK specializing in water, fire, and structural damage mitigation. We're looking for motivated Mitigation Technicians to join our team full-time.

What you'll do:

• Perform water extraction, structural drying, and moisture monitoring
• Set up and monitor drying equipment on active job sites
• Document job site conditions through photos and drying logs
• Work alongside lead technicians and project managers to move jobs to completion

What we're looking for:

• Hands-on experience in restoration, construction, or a related trade preferred
• Willing to train the right person — work ethic matters more than credentials
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work in demanding conditions
• Ability to be on-call for emergency response when needed
