Finance Director

Position Summary: The Finance Director will oversee all financial aspects of the Fairbanks Rescue Mission, ensuring the organization's fiscal health and sustainability. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage financial operations, develop budgets, oversee accounting practices, and ensure compliance with nonprofit financial regulations. The Finance Director will work closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, and department heads to align financial strategies with the organization's mission and goals.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's or Associates degree depending on experience in Accounting, Finance, or a          related field
? Minimum of five years of senior financial management experience, preferably in a nonprofit setting.
? Strong knowledge of nonprofit accounting standards and regulations.
? Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
? Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
? Commitment to the mission and values of the Fairbanks Rescue Mission.
