Professional Builders Round-Table Discussion ? April 6, 2016 The Fairbanks North Star Borough, Division of Land Management invites you to a round table discussion on the future of Borough owned lands development, to be held Wednesday, April 6th, 5-7pm, in the Chizmar Room of the Juanita Helms Administrative Building, located at 809 Pioneer Rd. As you may be aware, the Division is responsible for management and sale of land conveyed to the Borough by the State of Alaska under the General Grant Land Municipal Entitlement. The Division?s primary mission is to offer for sale to the general public, at fair market value, all patented, unretained general grant lands. Land Management seeks your input on key aspects of potential collaboration with local developers. Specifically, we welcome your thoughts on what areas of borough owned land you?d like to see offered for sale, development incentives which might facilitate collaboration between the Borough and the private sector, long term ground leasing for commercial development, amenable seller financing terms, and other related aspects of interest to you.
