Join Charles & Stephanie Allen, owners of Elite Urban Fitness, & Gretchen Nolan owner of Infinite Yoga, for a 90- minute workshop ft a total body workout and Yoga. This workshop will allow you to experience a 45 minute cross training session, followed by a 45 minute yoga practice, combining the two - experiencing the benefits of each, and finding where "power meets grace". Hang around afterwards to mingle and enjoy some raw food & other healthy treats!
