    Disclaimer: This luncheon may sound disjointed as we'll be graduating our Leadership Fairbanks class of 2019 and then hear from the State as they roll out the Serious State Implementation Plan.  Please understand this was not by design, but rather a product of how the schedules all shook out in the end.  Thank you for understanding.

    Part 2:

    DEC Commissioner Jason Brune and Air Quality Division Director Alice Edwards will present an overview of the draft Serious State Implementation Plan (SIP) to reduce fine particulate air pollution. The SIP is planned to be released for public comment the week of May 13.  They will discuss highlights of the draft plan, how to comment, and the expected process for finalizing the plan with the EPA.
