Thrift Store Manager

The Thrift Store Manager oversees all store operations, including staff and volunteer supervision, sales, donations, warehouse functions, and retail operations. This position is responsible for maximizing revenue, controlling expenses, promoting the store within the community, and ensuring efficient daily operations that support The Salvation Army’s programs and mission. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent organizational, customer service, and team management skills.
