Patient Service Representative/Chiropractic Assistant
Monday- Friday 9:00a - 6:00p. Saturday 9:00a - 1:00p - Flexible Shifts - $19.00 - $22.00hr
As a Patient Service Representative/Chiropractic Assistant, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our practice, ensuring that every patient feels valued and cared for. Your role is vital in creating a positive experience for our patients as you assist them with their healthcare journey. You'll manage administrative tasks while supporting our Chiropractors and patients, making a real difference in the lives of those we serve.
What you'll do
- Greet and assist patients as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Provide administrative support, including answering phones, responding to inquiries, and managing correspondence
- Assist in the preparation of treatment rooms and ensure they are clean and organized
- Collaborate with the Chiropractor to ensure seamless patient care and follow up
- Maintain the efficiency of the Chiropractor's schedule
- Apply Therapies specific to each patient's treatment plan
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a Chiropractic or medical office setting is a plus
- Strong organizational skill with attention to detail is a must
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and team members
