Relationship Manager 1 – Fairbanks, AK (On-site)
Pay Range: $21.34 – $32.01/hour

What You’ll Do:

• Consult with members to identify financial needs, offer tailored solutions, and process loans and accounts.
• Open and maintain member accounts, including savings, checking, trust, certificates, and IRAs.
• Ensure compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements while maintaining confidentiality.
• Identify and report suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and community events.
• Complete required training and compliance coursework.

 
What You’ll Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role with consumer lending or account services.
• Strong communication, organization, and member service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to meet service and performance goals.
• A professional, caring, and team-oriented attitude.

Preferred:

• Notary and NMLS registration.
• Completion of compliance-related training.
