    It’s important that all vendors — both returning and new — complete this form in full so we have the most accurate and up-to-date information for booth placement, promotions, and communications.

    Are You an Artisan Vendor? *
    To qualify as an artisan, 80% or more of your products must be handmade by you or your team. This helps us identify vendors eligible for Hall A, which is reserved exclusively for artisan businesses and locally made products.
    Will You Be Serving/Sampling Food or Beverages? *
    Vendors serving food or drinks are required to hold a valid Alberta Health Services (AHS) food handling license. This can now be completed online. A link to the application will be provided in your confirmation email after registration is complete.
    Please provide your website URL so we can include it on the online vendor directory and in promotional materials.

    Payment Info
    We will contact you upon booking to collect your credit card information. Please note that booths cannot be held without a minimum 50% deposit to secure your reservation. Your card will only be charged once your booth selection has been confirmed by our Trade Show team, and a receipt will be sent directly to your email.
