NAMI Family Support Group

NAMI Family Support Group. Our NAMI Family Support Groups are an ongoing support for families, friends, and caretakers of individuals living with mental illness. At our in-person mental health support groups, you can speak with others who understand firsthand what you're going through. By sharing your experiences in a safe and confidential setting, you can gain hope and feel a sense of connection. You'll benefit from others' experiences, discover your inner strength and empower yourself by sharing your own experiences in a non-judgmental space. There is no cost to attend. Must be 18 years old.
