Craft community with Fairbanks Arts and Pioneer Park at the 2nd annual Handmade Holiday Market in the Alaska Centennial Center for the Arts in Pioneer Park. This is a celebratory Market and family-friendly event for the sharing of locally produced art, treats, and objects that result from time, skill, and creativity.
Nearly 70 artists & artisans will share a wide variety of handmade goods, from accessories to stickers, functional art, clothing, and more! Come out to support local artists, makers and artisans on Small Business Saturday and celebrate handmade by bringing home unique, personal gifts! In addition to supporting numerous small local businesses, guests can enjoy live music, check out the Bear Gallery's November exhibition and gift shop, and opportunities to support Fairbanks Arts and other local nonprofit organizations.
Be sure to enjoy family-friendly activities throughout the day such as free train rides and visits with Santa from 12-4 p.m. in the Tanana Valley Railroad Museum and crafts with the Fairbanks Children's Museum, children's story time, and free books, on the 3rd floor of the AK Centennial Center for the Arts.
