Join us for the 2026 Golden Days Luncheon as we celebrate the history, impact and future of gold mining in Interior Alaska.
We’re pleased to welcome Tom Bundtzen from the Alaska Mining Hall of Fame as this year’s keynote speaker. Tom will take guests through the story of gold in our region, from the discoveries and individuals who helped shape Fairbanks to the role mining continues to play in our economy and community today.
The program will also include interactive gold-mining trivia, giving guests a chance to test their knowledge, learn a few surprising pieces of local history and join in the fun.
