First Friday - The Inbetween

This First Friday, we’re celebrating The Inbetween: Patience in Transformation by Sara Tabbert — and lighting up the space with music, food, and a few surprises.

The Inbetween is a quiet look at the seasons we often rush through. For Sara, April and October have always felt awkward—months caught between the ease of winter’s stillness and the richness of summer’s color. But walking the same creek path each day, she began to notice how much these in-between times have to offer. Ice shifting and breaking, colors deepening and fading, light changing from morning to evening—none of it the same twice. These pieces grew out of that attention, out of standing still long enough to see what might otherwise pass by. They are a reminder that beauty isn’t only in the spectacular moments, but in the small and changing details, waiting quietly for someone to notice.
