AO 360: Governor Dunleavy's Regulatory
Reform InitiativeRachel Bylsma
Deputy Chief of Staff
Office of the Governor – AlaskaRachel Bylsma serves as Deputy Chief of Staff to Alaska Governor Mike Dunleavy. A born-and-raised Alaskan, she will be joining us to talk about Administrative Order (AO) 360, which the Governor issued last summer directing an ambitious regulatory reform initiative. Governor Dunleavy wants Alaska to be a competitive place to do business, attract investment, and grow our economy. Regulations have a tendency to expand over time, increasing requirements and burdens on businesses and individual Alaskans. This effort is intended to reform and modernize our regulatory code, increase transparency, and reduce the burden on Alaskans.
Learn more about the status of the initiative, the progress being made by state departments, and how you can engage on regulations that impact your business.
