  • This is the pinnacle of Golden Days activities and the largest parade in Alaska! Hosting more than 100 entries, it includes marching bands, clowns, jugglers, antique cars, unicycle riders and floats. Don’t forget to purchase your Rubber Duckie Race tickets from ticket sellers along the parade route!

     


  • The route for 2024:

    1. Starts at the Carlson Center and proceeds downtown along 1st Ave.

    2. Turns right on to Barnette St.

    3. Turns left on to 2nd Ave.

    4. Turns right on to Noble St.

    5. Ends at Co-OP Market and Deli.

    TIME: 10 AM - 12 PM

    LOCATION: Downtown Fairbanks - starting at the Carlson Center

    Parade Fees:

    Non-Profit / Community - $175
    For Profit / Commercial - $275
    Campaign - $325
    Just for Fun / Non-Promotional - $75
     
    $25 per additional vehicle or $5 per additional motorcycle
     

    Mandatory Safety Meeting: Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at 6 PM at the Morris Thompson Cultural and Visitors Center. Your entry will not be allowed to participate without a primary rep attending the meeting. 

    Minor participation: All participants under the age of 18 must have a completed Parental Consent Form signed by a legal parent/guardian. All parade organizers must list all participants under the age of 18 on parade roster.
