Fairbanks Arts 2018 Literary Reading Series featuring Alaska Women Speak
-
Alaskan women have stories to tell and Alaska Women Speak is their outlet, a journal devoted to the expression of ideas, literature and art. The magazine is published quarterly and put together by all-volunteer work.
We are excited to welcome (from bottom left to top right):
Linda Schandelmeier, reading from her poetry collections;
Jean Anderson, reading from one of her short stories;
Gabrielle Raffuse, reading from one of her essays;
Margaret Swart, reading from a set of poems; and
Kristin Knight Pace, reading an excerpt from her book.
This event is free and open to the public. For information about the featured readers, or more information about Fairbanks Arts programs, contact 456-6485 ext. 224 or visit fairbanksarts.org.
