Be part of a team that turns donations into hope! As a Thrift Store Driver, you’ll play an important role in keeping our thrift store, warehouse, and donation operations moving. You’ll pick up donations, deliver and transport merchandise, assist with warehouse and store production, and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Safely operate a Salvation Army vehicle and plan efficient daily routes.
    • Pick up donations and transport merchandise, recycling, and unsellable items.
    • Load and unload donations and assist with sorting, pricing, and stocking merchandise.
    • Complete daily vehicle inspections and help keep the truck clean and well maintained.
    • Assist with warehouse organization, cleanliness, and making recycle bales.
    • Work closely with the Thrift Store Manager to meet daily production needs.
    • Provide friendly, courteous service to donors, customers, volunteers, and the community.
    • Promote a safe workplace by reporting hazards, incidents, and loss-prevention concerns.
    • Train and assist ride-along helpers by modeling safe and dependable work habits.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

Why It Matters: Every donation you pick up and every item you help move supports The Salvation Army’s mission and programs in our community. This is more than a driving job—it’s an opportunity to serve others, work as part of a team, and make a difference every day.
