During this four hour seminar, women will learn preventative measures meant to deter the possibility of becoming a victim of violence, as well as skills in awareness, self-assessment and situational assessment.This class will examine the benefits of creating a survival mindset, understanding predatory behavior as well as victimology and situational awareness. "Action" responses will also be discussed. An "action" response can be: retreat, tactical communication, assertiveness/confrontation skills or physical self-defense.
This class includes defensive tactics that are simple, effective, and easy to remember.
