DESCRIPTION:During this four hour seminar\, women will learn preventative measures meant to deter the possibility of becoming a victim of violence\, as well as skills in awareness\, self-assessment and situational assessment.This class will examine the benefits of creating a survival mindset\, understanding predatory behavior as well as victimology and situational awareness. "Action" responses will also be discussed. An "action" response can be: retreat\, tactical communication\, assertiveness/confrontation skills or physical self-defense.\n\n\n\nThis class includes defensive tactics that are simple\, effective\, and easy to remember.\n\n\n\nAges: 16 & Up
