UAF-CTC First Friday featuring Carol Wilbur
UAF-CTC will be hosting local artist Carol Wilbur and her works, Portal Series, during February First Friday, downtown Fairbanks.
Portal Series is a group of work featuring vibrant color, interesting compositions and form. “Through my paintings I attempt to express the complex, intuitive internal dialog that I experience as a visual artist.” says Wilbur.
Carol Wilbur is a lifelong resident of Fairbanks. She holds a teaching degree as well as a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from UAF in Painting and Metalsmithing; her jewelry and paintings have appeared in many galleries across the state.
