On Wednesday, October 5th from 6:00 - 8:00 PM, Director of the West Coast Regional USPTO, John Cabeca and Attorney Advisor for Trademark Educational Outreach, Jason Lott will be in Fairbanks to speak to the community. Topics of discussion will relate to patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets and why innovators and entrepreneurs should consider protecting their IP and resources available from the USPTO. Parking on campus after 5PM if free of charge. The event will be broadcast via the OWL project at the North Pole and Noel Wein Public library.
