When there is an allegation of employee misconduct involving EEO issues, are you confident that you know what to do and how to resolve the matter? There are standards unique to EEO investigations and being aware of them will help you address the issues in an efficient and effective manner.
The focus of this session is on conducting internal investigations. If time permits, concluding remarks will include how these concepts apply if there is an external complaint filed with an administrative agency.
