Alaska’s Land & Sea Lecture Series

This presentation will provide helpful hints on how to effectively use fresh produce from your garden. What things are best to grow in a small, kitchen garden? Examples of recipes that can be used for fresh produce.
Heidi Rader enjoys every season in Alaska. When not skiing or climbing, she is home tending to her garden and chickens and cooking fresh from the garden for her husband. She is an Extension Educator for the Tribes of Interior Alaska.
