Examples of recipes that can be used for fresh produce.\nHeidi Rader enjoys every season in Alaska. When not skiing or climbing\, she is home tending to her garden and chickens and cooking fresh from the garden for her husband.  She is an Extension Educator for the Tribes of Interior Alaska.
