Community Manager

Community ManagerWe are looking for an experienced Community Manager to join our team and help us develop and maintain strong relationships with our community.  Will be assisting the Regional Manager in monitoring staffing needs, hiring and firing staff.  Must have excellent communication skills, manage and ensure the property is performing up to company standards (Hud compliance, routine maintenance, leasing, occupancy etc.)  Assist in the development of budgets and ensure the properties are operating
