Store Manager

$26 per hour+ DOE
Your day-to-day: In this dynamic role with an iconic Alaskan outdoor retailer, you’ll wear many hats, combining your skills in sales and customer service to create exceptional experiences while ensuring smooth daily operations. You’ll manage merchandise flow, collaborate with the Market Manager to develop strategic building maintenance plans and play a key part in employee oversight, including hiring, training, and fostering a positive team culture. You’ll also contribute to budgeting efforts and maintain compliance with Federal Firearms License requirements, as needed. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy taking on diverse responsibilities, this position is for you!
You need:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year of retail or customer service experience
- Strong professionalism in all areas of communication, attitude and teamwork
- Keen interest in the Alaska outdoors
- Collaborative work attitude with colleagues
