Clinician - Adult Services
Alaska Behavioral Health (formerly Fairbanks Community Mental Health Services) is seeking applicants for full-time positions providing community-based services to severely mentally ill adults. As part of a multidisciplinary team, provides assessment, treatment planning, psychosocial skills training, individual and group therapy, case management, crisis intervention and other services driven by client need. Requires MA/MS degree in SW, Psychology, or relevant field. Experience working with CMI preferred. Substance abuse treatment experience preferred. Clinical licensure or eligibility of licensure within two years of hire. Computer skills required.
Salary range for unlicensed is $51,176 to $66,229; Licensed Clinicians pay scale is $65,921 to $85,312. The positions are eligible for an annual incentive plan. Benefits include two health insurance options, generous paid time off of six weeks after the first year, 10 paid holidays, and 401(k) with up to a 5% employer match. Position is open until filled.
