    Social Media / Marketing o Maintain active social networking presence and social media communication. o Develop and implement cost-effective marketing and outreach strategies to communicate with a range of constituencies through printed and electronic media. o Create, write, edit and produce press releases, publications, videos, exhibits, and printed materials, including annual reports, and newsletters; design and produce brochures, advertisements, posters, and any other materials related to the marketing of events. o Develop calendars, plans, and marketing material for fundraising events and appeals. o Participate in the development, and oversee execution, of an overall strategic marketing plan. o Responsible for updating and maintaining website and website content and make necessary updates regularly. o Maintain photo, video, and print archive. o Responsible for increasing awareness of our organization and all of our activities through effective, creative, and professional marketing and public relations. o Assist Executive Director in Newsletter creation and Copy o Community outreach through tabling event.

    Donor Relations o Assist with donor relation program. o Recruiting and managing Ambassadors. o Putting on Point of Entry Events a minimum of two times per month. o Making follow-up calls to all Point of Entry guests within three days. o Ongoing cultivation of Point of Entry guests who are interested in becoming more involved. o Collaborate with staff on the management and planning of fundraising events and donor receptions.

    Office Administration o Manage Love INC business, office, and financial operations, under the direction of the Executive
    Director. o Provide Administrative support to Love INC Staff and volunteers as assigned, and serve as receptionist. o Track information of donor, volunteer, church, and newsletter recipients in Database and mailing spreadsheets. o Maintain clean lobby, meeting, offices, and kitchen areas so that it is welcoming and projects an atmosphere of being organization, clean, and professional. o Address walk in clients with the assistance needs by following current policy and procedures. o Assist with production of special letters, gift acknowledgements and other communications to all donors.

    Store Operations o Assist with general operation and success of the retail thrift store, including receiving and processing donations, as well as displaying merchandise. o Assist in the Furniture Bank with client and customer needs.

    o Be responsible for the positive image of the thrift store and promoting its purpose in the ministry of Love INC, to the community.

    Program Management o Maintain accurate client and volunteer records and reporting systems. Summarize case and follow-up information in clients’ files. o Maintain accurate and up-to-date Client files using AKHMIS & LINC Databases. o Work in partnership with Clearinghouse Coordinator to maintain GAP Ministries. Including inventory, needs drive, organization, visitations, and volunteer recognition.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $30,000.00 to $35,000.00 /year
