    Would you like to:
    • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the mission of the organization.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of HR professionals, ensuring effective HR support for 300 employees.
    • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic workforce planning initiatives.
    • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and coaching employees.
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
    • Manage employee benefits programs.
    • Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
    • Train and develop HR staff and serve as a facilitator for HR training sessions.
     
    You need:
    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required.
    • Minimum of 10 years HR experience, including 5 years in management.
    • 5 years experience managing HR in multi-site environments.
    • At least 3 years continual employment at each job
    • Preferred certifications: SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR.
    • Professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office; UKG payroll experience preferred.
    • Strong problem-solving, assertiveness, empathy, and confidentiality skills.
    • Must hold a valid Alaska Driver’s License
