Clinician - Mobile Crisis Team (Fairbanks)
Full- and part-time positions providing community-based services to severely mentally ill adults. As part of a multidisciplinary team, provides assessment, treatment planning, psychosocial skills training, individual and group therapy, case management, crisis intervention and other services driven by client need. Requires MA/MS degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related human services field from an accredited U.S. institution. Must be licensed within six months of hire if not already licensed.
Experience working with CMI preferred. Substance abuse treatment experience preferred. Computer skills required. Must have personal transportation with AK insurance & clean driving record.
Salary range is $72,994 to $89,190 for the full-time licensed positions and includes excellent benefits and includes a hiring bonus of $10,000, which requires a two-year employment commitment The salary range for the unlicensed positions is $56,666 to $69,240 with the expectation of receiving licensure within six months of hire. Two health insurance options are available along with Health Savings account or Flexible spending accounts as well as generous paid time off of six weeks after the first year, 10 paid holidays, and 401(k) with up to a 5% employer match with immediate vesting. The part-time position will be 20 to 25 hours a week and will not be eligible for health insurance benefits.
