Clinician - Child and Family (Fairbanks)
The Fairbanks Child and Family Services Clinic is looking for a full time Clinician to join our expanding outpatient team. Alaska Behavioral Health is a National Child Traumatic Stress Network Site and a dynamic outpatient treatment center and training hub for early child mental health, trauma treatment, and family therapy services. Masters and Doctoral-level Clinicians in our Child and Family Services/Alaska Child Trauma Center team receive intensive training, supervision and support to provide effective and evidence-based treatment to children, youth and families. Clinicians work on a multi-disciplinary team to provide individual, family and group therapy services in different community, school and clinic settings. AKBH engages clinicians in continuous professional development and support to improve their clinical practice, progress towards licensure and child and family outcomes.
This is a full-time professional position. Salary range is $51,176 to $69,240 (unlicensed) and $65,921 to $89,190 (licensed) depending on experience. Licensed Clinicians are eligible for a $10,000 hiring bonus, which requires a two-year employment commitment. The position is eligible for an annual incentive program.
