The Clinic Manager leads a team of master's and doctoral level clinicians and clinical associates at Alaska Behavioral Health's Fairbanks Child and Family Clinic. The clinic is a nationally recognized child trauma center and provides child psychiatry, wrap-around services and specialized outpatient treatment for families, young children, school-aged children, and transition age youth. The clinic uses several evidence-based treatments and provides training, support and structured supervision for clinical providers.
A master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related human services field from an accredited U.S. institution is preferred. Licensure is preferred. Prior clinical supervision experience preferred. Computer skills required. Salary range is $54,188- $70,127 (without clinical master's degree) and $72,322 to $93,595 (with clinical master's degree) depending on experience plus the opportunity to participate in an annual performance-based incentive plan.
