Plumbing - Maintenance Specialist

What you will be doing: 
Under direction of the Building Maintenance Foreman, you will install, maintain and repair plumbing systems and components, analyzes system performance and recommend areas of improvement.
 
Who we are looking for:  
 Any combination of education and/or experience that provides the applicant with the core competencies of:

•  Knowledge of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a wide variety of plumbing and mechanical system;
• Knowledge of installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems and their respective control system;
• Knowledge of plumbing and mechanical systems design;
• Ability to review system design & construction documents for functionality and acceptance;
• Ability to perform general duties as assigned. This could include carpentry, electrical troubleshooting, painting, building system troubleshooting & repair, and cleanup.
