A Fairbanks housing complex is seeking Laborers with a willingness to learn and assist their building maintenance crew.
Job duties can include debris clean up, landscaping, heavy lifting, painting, appliance repair, light plumbing, and various maintenance duties.
A willingness to learn and familiarity with basic hand tools is required as well as good communication skills and reliability.
Previous construction experience is helpful.
Wages starting at $15/HR based on experience. Full time hours Monday thru Friday 8am-430pm.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation
- Basic hand tools
- Background may be viewed
- Construction experience preferred
- Strong work ethic must
- Drug free environment
