    Would you like to: 
    • Lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence; develop and execute training programs to enhance team capabilities
    • Collaborate with the Operations Team to conduct interviews, assess candidates, and contribute to expansion of the company workforce
    • Work with clients on strategic project planning
    • Coordinate and finalize initial pricing for client contracts
    • Oversee logistical coordination of fieldwork; guarantee field technicians are well-versed in data capture requirements at job sites, monitor field operations to identify opportunities for improvement, process optimization and efficiency enhancements
    • Ensure prompt initiation of post-production activities on field team return; oversee completion and delivery of final products
    • Establish and implement rigorous review processes
    • Provide exceptional support to customers and staff members, troubleshoot issues, and offer effective solutions
    • Proactively pursue innovative operational solutions; identify opportunities for automation, digitization, and integration of new technologies for workflow optimization
    Ideally you have: 
    • Proven experience in managing teams and leading multifunctional groups, with a strong focus on coaching and development
    • Exceptional organizational skills; ability to manage complex schedules, adapt to changing plans, maintain meticulous attention to detail
    • Highly effective communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with clients, staff, and stakeholders, providing updates, resolving issues, and building positive relationships
    • Strategic thinking capability to analyze data, identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and enhance operational efficiency
    • Demonstrated problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations, addressing challenges and implementing effective solutions
    • Innovative mindset, continually seeking opportunities to optimize processes, adopt new technologies, and improve overall operations
