    Job Description

    The Greater Fairbanks Board of REALTORS® seeks a highly skilled leader / Association Executive for our organization of approximately 250 members.

    The ideal candidate will lead a complex organization, effectively manage a two-person office, work autonomously, and effectively interact with a wide range of stakeholders and personalities.
    The candidate must have the following:

    • Excellent people skills
    • Financial and project management skills
    • Strong communications ability
    • Media awareness
    • Strategic vision for the future,
    • Track record of working with volunteers on a Board of Director’s level.

    The position requires solid technical skills (Excel, Word, Publisher, Adobe, website maintenance and social media); and the ability to run meetings and handle state agency reporting requirements. Proven personal characteristics such as leadership, integrity, and vision are necessary.

    Salary $50,000 base, Depending on experience.
