CIVIL / ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER IN TRAINING (EIT) - FAIRBANKS, ALASKA

We are hiring for the position of:
- Civil and/or Environmental Junior Professional
To be considered for this position, you must have the following qualifications: B.S. Civil/Environmental Engineering or related discipline. 1+ years field experience, preferably in consulting. Candidates should have training and/or experience in environmental assessment, risk assessment, hazard analysis, hazardous materials (lead-based paint, asbestos etc.) and/or water/wastewater. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is required. A preferred candidate has passed the Fundamentals of Engineering exam, is an ADEC Qualified Sampler and/or HazWoper certified, and has AutoCAD experience.
Duties & Responsibilities: Junior professional including planning and preparation for field work, sampling, interpretation and analysis of lab results, preparation of environmental reports and interpretation of environmental regulatory agencies. The position is expected to be a full-time position, depending on available project work and the candidate.
