Janitor/Cleaner

An assisted living facility for seniors has an immediate position available for a full time Janitor.

The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible, and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises.

Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required-willing to train. Applicants must be flexible to work around residents and must be ok around pets.

 This position will be responsible for:

• Deep cleaning and sanitizing areas
• Walls ceilings to floor
• Cleaning filters, mopping, cleaning carpets
• Moving furniture to vacuum  
• Cleaning refrigerators, stoves and fans
• Cleaning bathrooms areas

This is a full-time position with pay starting at $15/HR Facility is 24/7 -shift hours can be flexible.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years old 
• Background will be viewed 
• Drug free environment 
• Must be able to lift 30lbs
