TDL Staffing is currently seeking skilled candidates with a background in property maintenance.
This position will be working with Real Estate Agents to maintain and care for properties before, during and after sales.
*At least 2 -3 years of related work experience is required to be considered for this position.
Job Duties Can Include:
- Handyman/Maintenance tasks
- Sheetrock repair/painting
- Light electrical tasks
- Light plumbing tasks
- Some carpentry
**Must be able to maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors and fellow employees
Wages start at $20/HR DOE, 8:00-4:30pm, Monday- Friday, some Saturdays
Requirements:
- Background will be viewed
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must be able to gain post access
- Drug free environment
- Jeans, work gloves and steel toe boots required
