    EMPLOYMENT CLASSIFICATION: Full-time, May – September, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

    SUPERVISOR: General Manager of Retail & Head Buyer

    JOB SUMMARY: Provide sales and customer service in person, over the phone, and via email for retail inquires and orders. Assist with retail administration, including the creation of purchase orders, record of receivables, and sales analysis; perform accurate data entry, maintain accurate files, and assist the VP and General Manager of Retail with other projects as assigned.

    4. Proficiency with computer operations, including Microsoft Office programs (specifically Word and Excel) and Retail Pro.

    8. Ability to professionally represent the Riverboat Discovery through phone, email and other communication.
    1. Act as a customer liaison for addressing customer questions, requests, orders, and concerns about retail sales or shipping questions in a professional manner for all stores.
    2. Update assigned merchandise and sales reports.
    3. Create purchase orders per approved sale analysis.
    4. Review merchandise paperwork and enter receipt voucher information; compile discrepancy reports as necessary for vendor representatives
    5. Customer service in stores as needed
    6. Collect all drop ship orders and manage shipment of items with vendors on weekly basis
    7. Contact vendors as needed for updated shipping dates or questions
    8. Enter and update proper warehouse locations with receiving paperwork 
    9. Assist shipping department as needed 
    10. Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the General Manager of Retail or Vice President of Retail.
