    Position:                    Executive Administrative Assistant
    Status:                        Full-time, Non-Exempt
    Compensation:         $45,760 - $66,560 per year DOE
    Reports to:                 President & CEO; HR & Marketing Director
    Schedule:                  Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm; requires occasional overtime 
    This position provides administrative support to the President & CEO and the HR & Marketing Director by performing a broad range of administrative tasks including managing calendar of appointments; answering phone; assisting with special events; composing and preparing correspondence; etc.  The Executive Administrative Assistant also serves as a liaison to the Board of Directors and Senior Management teams.  The Executive Administrative Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within a small environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and community oriented. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Administrative Assistant will have the ability to work independently on projects and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
    • Experience performing a broad range of administrative tasks in a professional setting or an equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent.  Associate’s degree or higher preferred. 
    • Ability to type at least 50WPM
    • Advanced proficiency with computer programs including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and office equipment.   
    • Valid driver’s license and transportation in order to run business errands, etc.
    • Professional written communication skills in order to draft correspondence, proofread reports; etc. 
    • Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
