• Customer Service Scheduler

    TDL Staffing is looking for an energetic, and detail-oriented individual who can provide administrative support at a fast paced local business as a Customer Service Scheduler.

    Strong customer service, time management, administrative skills, excellent communication, organization and multitasking are required to succeed in this position. Previous experience in a busy/fast paced office environment is ideal.

    **Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook  is required. Familiarity with Quickbooks is a plus.

    Job duties/responsibilities can include: 

    • Handle incoming calls and other communications 
    • Greeting clients/visitors as needed -taking keys
    • Schedule and coordinate appointments
    • Price quotes for products and services 
    • Prepare invoicing and PO's
    • Other duties as assigned


    This is a full time position with pay starting at $18/HR – Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.


    Minimum Requirements: 

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 2 years of office experience preferred
    • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook
    • Background may be reviewed
    • Drug Free environment
