We are currently searching for a computer savvy Administrative Assistant.
Successful candidates will have excellent customer service over the phone and in person, strong organization skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must be proficient with Microsoft suite-Word, Outlook and Excel.
Marketing experience is a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Receptionist area coverage/greet customers
- Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party
- Company emails
- Data entry and file maintenance
- Preparing closing packets
- Creating marketing flyers and information sheets
- Other administrative duties
This is a full time position, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with pay starting at $22/HR depending on experience.
- Minimum of 2+ years of administrative/office experience
- Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Background will be viewed
- Drug free environment
