Bookkeeper

Put your professional bookkeeping skills to work! A local business is searching for an experienced  Full Charge Bookkeeper. 

This position requires a full and complete knowledge of all accounting aspects including but not limited to:

• General ledger
• Financial statement preparation
• Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
• Payroll/Certified Payroll /Process Union dues
• Account  reconciliation
• Work with CPA on accounting issues
• Prepare paperwork for job bids
• Track and apply for job site permits
• Misc. errands as needed

** 3-5 years Bookkeeping experience is required 

Pay starting at $31-$34.00 per Hour/DOE, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Requirements:

• Associates degree or higher in Accounting - Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• A minimum of 3-5  years of Booking experience
• Background requirements may apply
• Proficient in QuickBooks & Excel
