The US Chamber is holding a webcast/symposium at their headquarters in Washington, D.C. on February 1st to highlight how the Department of Labor's proposed overtime regulation will affect the most vulnerable employers—small businesses, nonprofits, and state and local governments. Many have expressed concern about these proposed changes.
The event will feature presentations and panels from a variety of those who are struggling to figure out how they will be able to absorb the increased labor costs the new overtime regulation will create.
